I don’t see why blockchain ecommerce isn’t fully embraced.

During the pandemic, as we all know, internet shopping became the most popular method of shopping.

As technology advances, shopping on Amazon, eBay, and other sites becomes increasingly risky. We can observe that hacker assaults are getting more common, particularly on platforms that have a single core server where all of the data is stored.

With the advancement of blockchain technology, I believe online buying will become lot safer. We can design a purchasing platform that is safe for all of us, just like the Bitcoin network cannot be hacked. A few crypto projects have announced that they are working on a blockchain-based marketplace (Crypter, Atpay, and so on…). If Amazon and other giants refuse to make the switch to blockchain, I believe one of these initiatives will be the next Amazon.
