Hey guys, we are building a decentralized digital asset management platform. It is a non-custodial platform which will allow users to connect Metamask or any other DeFi wallet and invest in the expert-curated strategies. Please provide feedback for the same.

Our project is a unique project in DeFi space. We do not have any competitors. There are yield based asset management platforms but our platform is actively managed and well curated.

Who are DAMs?

Digital asset managers are fund managers who trade on the behalf of the user. They are different from general traders as they are are working in a platform with strategies and robust risk management. Moreover, the platform comes with governance and due diligence. This helps them to mitigate the risk even in bear market.

Our DAMs will trade the invested amount and share the returns. Users can track their portfolio real-time and exit the strategy anytime. There is no lock-in period and minimum investment. We are building this exclusive product to enable DeFi users to manage their funds better with complete custody. DAMs will only have custody to trade. At any point of time, they cannot withdraw the funds.

I invite you guys to provide feedback on the same. I will share the whitepaper, if interested.

  1. What you are proposing isn’t a Decentralized asset management since the asset managers can have access to users fund in other to trade on behalf of the user.
If the asset managers where a Bot configured by the user to trade on your platform without the user having to hand over their funds, then this would be different.

  2. Yeah cool but it sounds like CEFI not defi.

It would be defi if anyone can become asset manager and manage and promote trading pools in an open platform, with transparent trading and performance history.

Actually this is called copy trading and already implemented in many platforms, (not sure how many survived the winter) so your idea is just a less feature ful version of it with centralized hand-picked asset managers who you cannot evaluate based on their performance.

You should work on that statement.

Sorry to be direct, but some startup people need to be challenged. You can get in real trouble for mishandling customer funds, so there is no room for mistakes.

  3. I would like to see the whitepaper, as of now I’m a bit confused.

Are you basically building a fund and the participants get something like interest bearing tokens? Or how would this function?

  4. the only thing unique about this product is your exclusive list of traders. there are plenty of protocols using contracts just like this.
