Shelby is an Indiana native and hails from the south side of Indy.  Shelby was in show choir in high school (Franklin Central HS); she has had classical vocal training and sports a bachelors degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Indianapolis.  Shelby is also the member of another band called "Mindy and the Fun Company!" - she is "Safety Shelby!"  This band prides itself in spreading positive messages to children of all ages around the state.  Shelby has a wonderful husband, Robert, and a beautiful son - Gabriel. 

Shelby is our former traffic reporter for afternoon traffic on 106.7 TLC, 97.9 WGNR, and AM 1310 The Light!"   You may hear her filling in for Mindy Winkler every now and again on Z99.5!

For those that wonder a little about moi: I am just a normal person who loves singing and anything musical all of the time...okay so maybe I'm not so normal because I really can listen to music all day every day. Luckily I have a child who LOVES music as much as me and a tolerant husband. I am silly and enjoy the small things in life. Literally, music keeps me sane.
