LemonWheel is available for weddings!

We offer a basic price structure that will cover a typical reception of approximately 8 hours (for band setup, play to tear down time). Beyond 8 hours there will be an hourly charge. We can emcee your entire reception and make sure your events occur on time, in the order you prefer. Contact us for a quote! Check our songlist to see if LemonWheel is the right wedding band for you!
We have a list of over 150 songs available, a 3 hour show will consist of approximately 45 songs. Pick your favorite 45 or leave all the thinking to us. (Mark them as "must have", "would like", "definitely not".)
To obtain a quote, please have the following information ready:
- Date of Wedding
- Time-table for Wedding and Reception
- Location of reception
Other requirements:
- Stage area should be a minimum of 12x16 feet, raised staging is not provided, please check with your reception hall for pricing if staging is desired. Our sound engineer will require a 6x6 space ~30-50 feet out from the stage, depending on your venue size.
- Outdoor events will require a tent or shelter for the band
- Minimum tent dimension should be 15x15 feet.Minimum of three independent power outlets (separate breakers)
Sample 8-hour reception structure:
- Band setup 4pm-6pm prior to guest arrival (wedding 4:30pm-5:30pm)
- Guests arrive at 6pm, wedding party announced
- Play dinner / cocktail music on MP3 player
- Dinner at 6:30pm, wedding toast announced
- Cutting of cake announced
- Bride/Groom first dance
- Father/Daughter dance
- Other special couples/bridal party, etc dance.
- Party music 8pm-11pm (includes boquet and garter tosses and any special request songs played by MP3)
- Band tear-down time 11pm-1am
Also, by request and 6 weeks notice - we may be able to learn your special song!!
Are we already booked for your date? If we are playing a club gig, please inquire. With enough advance notice, some clubs are flexible in rearranging schedules for special circumstances, so we may be able to make it work!
